1. Returns:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please note that we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a wrong product received, defective or damaged item, we will gladly offer a replacement. For replacement kindly refer replacement policy

2.Replacement:

2.1 Eligibility:  Replacement will be considered if the product is damaged in transit and wrong product received. Buyer needs to provide valid evidence of damaged product by sending relevant photos within 48 hours of product receipt on support[at]carnish.in Otherwise, item will be treated as received in good condition. To be eligible for a Replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2 Return Timeframe: You have 48 hours from the date/time of delivery to initiate a return.

2.3 Process: To initiate a Replacement, please contact our customer service team at support[at]carnish.in to obtain a Replacement authorization. Once your Replacement is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

2.4 Shipping: We (Carnish) will be responsible for Return/Replacement shipping cost if the product is damaged in transit and wrong product received. otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.5 Refunds: Refund can be done in case of stock out of same ordered product or any genuine, technical issue.

2.6 Refund Time Frame: Refund will be given within 15 working days. In case of product sent to customer refund time will be consider after original product receive to us.
